[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — My balance and Internet pack automatically goes to 0

Idea — About my balance

Continuously second time my balance is cut down. Today in my mobile balance was 41.64, there after i was called my friend, i talked continuously 11 minute & then after my call was cut down & my balance is 0.64.

i recharged for Rs 15 yesterday for using internet. I am using samsung galaxy s android 2.2 operating system.but the sad news is that i havnot got any settings from ideaz side. If you dont mind will you please make my connection clear

No: [protected] I check my balance on date of 21/03/2011 / 16:00 Hrs the balance is Rs.125.50 . but I see 20:45 Hrs Same day balance is Rs.00:50p. my Rs.125/= is automatically deducted from my balance, when I call your customer care officer says ur balance is refund 12hrs, he did not refund my balance, next day 22/03/11 ur c.c.officer Mr.Reenaben at11.29Hrs,Mr.Teash Kumar at 11:38Hrs, Mis.Atifabanu at11:49Hrs, and date23/03/2011 Mr.Sanjay Kumar at 16;26hrs,Mr.Chirag at 16:30 hrs, dated.24/03/2011 Mr.Mohdsoheb at 15:56 hrs, Miss.Kriti at 16:00 Hrs and Mr.Jignesh Kumar at 16:00Hrs.
Idea is the most pathetic connection I ve ever got in my life… They are not accept my request,
And they are time pass with me .i call ur customer care center in most time and he did not accept my request. And did not any action. They mentally harassment with me, his behavior is most pathetic with me.
Please accept my request and send my deducted balance Rs.125.00 as sun as possible, you immediate action with this person who are mentally harassment with me.

Idea — my balance has gone

i had recharge of 98rs. for internet pack in my mobile.but next day when i use internet browser then my balanced is lost.The customer care told another thing.they told that i use download.but i use only free download. so they not hear my complain or not tell me to contact with there manager.totally my lost balance is 50-60 rs. please help me sir.Thanking you.
