[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Online Recharge Not done

In April 2008, I had done online recharge of Idea No.[protected] for Rs.150. Recharge was not successfull. I tried again and it was not successfull. Amount was deducted from my A/c. On complaint to Idea, they promised to refund within 2 days through SMS, 7 Days to their IVRS complain Centre and through written complaint in Franchise Centre of Navrangpura. Till Now there is no action. I just saw that there is some option to lodge online complaint now and wrote my complaint once again.
