dear sir

i have started a internet facility for 1 day from idea and then after compliting my limted period i have requested to idea custom care to stop the service which i have opted they told me that we stop the service withine 4 hours but still they dont stop the services and charge me for internet sevice i complaint 4 time but still they dont take any action

you should not mention your debit card number any where public can see. If anyone wants he/she can charge your card

Idea — REFUND ISSUE

I've made recharge of Rs 118 from idea website but the amount has been debited to my debit card but recharge not recieved and till the date my a/c was not credited for the same. I've atteched cyber receipt of this transaction.
