Idea Cellular — my call record give unauthorized persons

my cell no [protected] is with idea , but last month NOV 11and Dec 11 my personal outgoing call record has given to sombody without any police complaint or without my request. so it can be very bad effct in my personal life.so i request to you, not to display any record without police FIR .call record given verbally like time of call ,call time , cell no etc.
