idea network executives cl me about migration prepaid to postpaid offer - with out deactivation wl be done migration told me i gave my documents and RS.300 on dated[protected]. i got sms migration proccessed on 5th of july going to be migration to postpaid . to day on 1st july my phone was deactivated my bussiness calls communication my family calls all are gone i called to customer care people they didnt responed properly call to postpaid customer care centre by any bsnl landline and postpaid number where can i find that numbers very irresponsible services pl take action Was this information helpful? | |||

Respected sir/madammy mobile no. [protected] is not been migrated since two months i have regularly visiting idea care foe migration from postpaid to prepais and whenever i call customer care they are not giving me any satisfactory response as well as i have not at all recived the bill from the date of activation at my address.
have given too much complaints but then also not get the bill on time..
