Idea Cellular — Money debited from account after failed online recharge

I tried to do an online prepaid recharge for my Idea mobile [protected] on 19th august, 2012 for Rs. 200. However, the transaction failed and Rs. 200 was deducted from my bank account. Please look into it and take necessary steps as soon as possible.
