There has been no change even after multiple visits at your customer outlet at thakur village. All i have been told all these days is that there is some technical problem due to which I am experiencing this problem and even after their commitments that the services will be activated in a couple of hours, till date no service is been activated I will not pay any amount of money for the bill if the same is continued because i am not able to use any kind of service provided by idea and also if this matter is not looked into immediately i will lodge a complaint with the consumer grievance center. i expect that the services on my number are activated immediately. Ketan Gandhi Even after sending the above mail there hasn't been any change and i am still not receiving any service. i would request you to kindly help me resolve the problem. thank you. i am user of Bokaro steel city, bokaro, Jharkhand. Most of the time in bokaro steel plant i found in ROAMING situation. roaming charges paid by me for recieving calls also, even it it much more distance from any State border.

Idea Cellular — No connectivity
I have recharged my Idea net setter with Rs. 349/-. after that i am not able to download and upload any data. 100s of calls to the customer care proved futile as they keep saying main balance is low. i dont understand what is this main balance even after i sucessfully recharge for Rs. 349. Pathetic service i must say. Dear Customer,
