[Resolved] Idea Cellular Prepaid — refund of money which was wrongfully deducted | |
I receiveed a Call from Idea Cellular from one Mr Savio explaining to me the various schemes that Idea has launched, I requested not to deduct any money from my account if required i will recharge with Rs 297/- for the scheme of rs 0.50 from Idea to Idea and rs 0.60paise for any other call, But Inspite of my request to Mr Savio Idea cellular has deducted an amount of Rs 297/- which I have Duly Complaimed to the concerned authorities for which they have sent me a SMS saying your referance no is[protected] and the sae will be processed by 15th June 2009 by 16.26 PM, I Have Been Beating Around the Bush for my money calling Idea Cellular but to of no avail. Could Kindly come to my aid and Have Idea Cellular to Have My Money Refunded Into My Account Thankyou' DARRYL MENDONCA Was this information helpful? | |

There no means to contact IDEA Cellular Ltd. The Help Lines 4444 & [protected] have no option to stop an warranted and fraudulant deduction on account of IZ - 55456 Shahnaz Hussain Hair Care Tips @ Rs. 30.00 per month from my prepaid account of my Cell Phone [protected], eventhan their e-mail "ccare.ideacellular.com" is also not accepting the massage which also useless. At last I am making this complaint.
Kindly help costomers of IDEA Cellular Ltd. like me.

i can activated idea tv connection 150 rupees a month but after completing one month couatamer care not ask mee and activate my connection and deducted amount on my mobile this thing go to mee 3 to 4 times it is completely wrong many times i contact idea gprs section to say my problem but they are always buisy before 2 days my phone was luckly connected to idea gprs section so i can say my problem they have registered my compliant on date 16.12.09 and giving compliant no[protected] and they say after 11hrs my conection automatically disconected but today idea services again deducted money on my mobile account . so please consider my complaint and retorn money on my mobile account.
