Idea Cellular Prepaid Connection — Not getting customer support

My mob no is [protected]...i have lost my sim card dated 05.04.2009 at 7.30 pm but till now i m unable to call ur customer care no ..once i get connected but reply that u call other no .when i call that given no the mob was switch off.what can i do...i think that this is not ur real idea to increase ur customer...i complain near police station in wiritten application.pls suggest me ...

My name Rahul kishore, and my no. [protected], some time ago Midas Marketing company (South Extensn), New delhi, offered me to change my prepaid connection in Post paid. I hav recipt of the giving him my all required document, and payment. I issued a cheque in favour of idea..., of Rs.500/- on 30th july 2009, and cheque cleared in the acount of idea..., around 2/08/09 or 03/08/09. i m alredy launched a complain in the Idea idea servics outlet, Durga puri, New delhi and thew complained no. # 83025168, on 11/07/09.

Now plz refuned my amount as soon as possible!... and now i do't want to any deel with idea...

We are able to connect to all network customer care except the idea customer care

I think the service wat u r providing is very poor...

need to concentrate on the betterment of the customer supprt system

Idea — Not connecting to customer care

Form my no. when I am trying to Call coustomer care . There is always one answer i.e. your call can not be conected due to conjuction in the network please try again latter.

i recharge my account as on dated[protected] from yogita mobile center ghalana malviya nagar with Rs. 75 but balance not come in my account and when sir talk coustomer care than i not found stecfied replay so please give me seticfied replay and sir my account dade due to doucmont and i agane depoisit my doucmount so please sir write my complant and give me replay on my noumber [protected]

This is keshav sharma n my mobile no. is "[protected]" i called on customer care no. on 8-feb. to know about my caller tune status Mr. Ajay customer care exe. told me that ur service has been deactivated & in futur no money will detecte from ur account after that next day my amt has been detected for caller tune service,

My idea mobile number is [protected]. My office is 2003, Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan, Tolstoy Marg, Janpath, Connaught Place, New Delhi -110001. I donot get idea mobile range in this area. During office hours (9-30 am to 5-30pm) my mobile does not work. I lodged a complaint at an idea outlet ( complaint SR no1-[protected]). Please attend to it.
