[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Mobile Charges Levied

Hi,

I took a post paid corporate connection from idea almost one year back, since then i use to get Rs 145/- extra in my monthly bill. And the details showing in the bill for extra (Rs 145/-) money is for MMS/Content Download charges on the name of ph1019fullsongpk5. I made complaint to the idea customer care and to idea payment agent, but no use still iam getting the amount of Rs 145/- EXTRA in my bill. why it is happing like this ...please make attention on this problem and reimburse the total money which i paid extra Rs 145/- for 11months. otherwise i wont pay the bill for current month. if you won't support then i will file a case in consumer court.

For last 4/5 months, I've been charged MMS/Content Download charges on my postpaid idea card. I've been fighting for last 3+ months, still there is no resolution. i mailed to all IDEAmail addresses and also personnely meet to idea customer Canot place office aurangabad but still there is no action
This month I found out that these charges appear again. As per Idea, destination number appears as ph1019fullsongpk5. I really don't understand what is it? I've been said to use this service at wee hours of the night (anywhere between 11-12 to 4-5) and during the day as well.
I REQUEST U PLS CAN U HELP ME TO UNSUBSCRIBE THIS

I am getting mms from ph1019fullsongpk5 which I want to discontinue.I have complained to Ideacellular but they have shown there inability. Please help me to discontinue the mms service with immediate effect...Thanks
