[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding harassment of customers | |||
I m using idea postpaid connection since 4 years, I m a doctor by profession. Earlier I was using blackberry handset and using bb services but since Jan I 've got new Nokia lumia so I got deactivated bbm plan and want new 3g plan for which I 'd called hundreds of times at customer care. They said that new plan has been activated and gave me new settings both manual as well as online but my phone was showing no internet connection. I even visited idea office out of my busy schedule but no step was taken. They said to try sum in other handset, I tried but still same problem. I called again in customer care but no response. Being frustrated I want to get portability but these idea people have stopped my and services both outgoing and incoming. I tried to complain for it but now since one month has passed they R not receiving my phone. Now I've no internet facility and and services.since 2 months have passed.
