Dear Sir, We would like to inform you that we have taken a post paid connection from idea cellular rewari,at present i am working in TNT India Pvt.Ltd,a sales person was came in my office and given 4 connection in my office is cug plan,we have already submitted to all doc to sales guy's which has required by him,my mobile one bill already generated inr 106/-,the same amt we have already paid to idea, but suddenly yesterday on 17th jun 2011 my mobile have deactivated by idea without any prior intemation/information,i am a responsible seat in my company, due to this happen i am facing a lot of problem in Financially/mantely. so need to your kind intervene on this subjected matter. I WAS USING TATA DOCOMO PREPAID SIM CARD [protected] AFTER 6 MONTHS I CHANGED TO IDEA BY PORTING SAME NO ON[protected], I HAD SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS ON[protected] HAD BEEN ACTIVATED AFTER 5 DAYS MY OUTGOING SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTED WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION I WAS TRAVELING COMING TO HYDERABAD.BY NEXT DAY I WENT TO IDEA SHOWROOM THEY TOLD ME DOCUMENTS WERE NOT SUBMITED & I HAD SHOWN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER THEY SAID DOCUMENTS WERE MISSING AGAIN I SUBMITED MY ID DRIVING LISENCE & PHOTO WITH IN 48 HRS ACTIVATED ON[protected] MY MOBILE OUTGOING SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTED I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THE DOCUMENTS WAS NOT SUBMITED I WAS IN TRAVELING COMING TO HYDERABAD ON[protected] AGAIN I WENT TO IDEA SHOWROOM THEY SAID DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PRODUCED I WAS REALLY SHOKED THEN I DECIDED TO SEND LEGAL NOTICEIdea — not any information disconnect

Idea Cellular — Disconnection of Postpaid mobile
Sir,I have transferred my Prepaid connection to Post connection with cell no.[protected]. Meanwhile I sold the house in which i was residing and took an accomodation on rent. I do not have any address proof of the new accomodation but I have the previous residential proof as D/L, Bank Account and other such documents. I gave an written affidavit with the old D/L and landlords ration card to change my address but they have disconnected the connection as they said that they need proof of Address at new accomodation. Since I have shifted for not too long, I don't have any such proof. Please help me out. I am working as an Office Assistant to an Advocate at Jalandhar and I have been using the number since long.
