[Resolved] Idea Cellular — SIM CARD IS NOT WORKING | |||
DEAR SIR, I HAVE MADE A REQUEST FOR PREPAID TO POST PAID CONVERSION FOR [protected] NO. TO IDEA CELLULAR GALLERY AT GOREGAON (E) SHOWROOM ON 8TH OF JULY, 2013. AS PER MY REQUEST THEY COLLECTED MY DOCUMENTS ON 9TH OF JULY, 2013. AS SOON AS I GAVE MY DOCUMENTS THEY TOLD ME, SERVICE WILL ACTIVATE ON 15TH OF JULY 2013. ON WHICH THEY FAILED TO ACTIVATE MY SERVICE ON SPECIFIED DATE. AFTER SUBMITTING MY DOCUMENTS THEY MADE A VERIFICATION VISIT AT MY HOUSE ON 12THE OF JULY. AFTER THAT THEY LOGIN MY REQUEST ON 19TH OF JULY. AFTER THAT MY REQUEST WAS NOT PROCESSED TILL TODAY. ON EVENING OF 23RD OF JULY, THEY STOPPED MY PREPAID SERVICE. AFTER THAT I VISIT THERE GALLERY FOR MORE THAT 10 TIMES. BUT THEY HAVE NOT ACTIVATED MY SERVICE TILL TODAY. MY PREPAID NO. IS ALSO NOT WORKING SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. Prepaid Sim Card — my service is not responding
I neither receive call nor dial phone call .I purchase new sim and My Ph no. -[protected].
Even after I have sufficient balance and I submit all necessary
document .
Idea — My sim card is not functioning.
My sim card is not working.It shows the message"Insert sim card" when I switch my mobile on with the sim card inside.Please send me the solution as fast as possible.Thank You. maza raya (aag bai arechha)

Respectec Sir/mam,I am a user of idea from last one year, my mobile no is "[protected]" blocked thats why I submit my ID again on ur kapurthala outlet.Concern person has told me that it will take 48 hours to activate your SIM again, but its not activated.I am attaching my ID so please go through it.
So please do the necessary.

Prepaid Sim Card — not working!
i have a prepaid sim card which i got converted in lifetime validity last year in feb. i m in UAE now nd when i tried to use my sim here it says no. does not exist. i got it recharged yesterday thinking that maybe i hv run out of credit, but still it is not working. i want to know that if the card has lifetime validity nd also been recharged then why is it not working here in UAE. my number : [protected] just for your info, i have not used my card since last 1 6months, but still as it has lifetime validity not using the card for specified amount of time, shd not be an issue.
