I Shreekant Rathore, have to inform you that the SIM card having Cell No. [protected] which was provided by the Company “Kaashvi Industries” has missed somewhere and I tried to track the same, but it appears that the same has been lost. It happened on 23.05.2011.
You are requested kindly to get the same deactivated.
