Idea Data Card — Connection is not established..

hiiiiii...

i'm purchase a Idea data card 2 days ago & i am fully disappointed with the speed and connectivity...my gtalk is not working with it properly...at time of loading chat service it gets disconnected...

or when i open 2 or 3 pages at a time its gets disconnected...

what is the problem sir ??
Why is it happend???

Solve the problem...plsssssssssssssssssssssss...

i have taken idea data card 3days baack just to browse pages it troubling like hell went to stage jusst throw it...
Which area you people live in?? On the contrary, i found Idea services better than other service providers...

I do agree with this post.
1) Even no response from concerned department
2) Need to wait long time on call to reach concerned department.
3) Whenever u need to log query concern people will say "we are unable to log into system- due to technical problems" -- later will say till this time we have not received any query from your side……………………
Ya its happen sometimes due to network signal problem. if singal is weak the you will get spped very slow.

I have been trying to purchase your data card (pre-paid)since last 1 month. But I haven't seen anybody from your side so far. There are atleast 10 people waiting for this. I just want to know whether I can get it or not. If it takes more time, then I will go for Reliance or BSNL. Please inform your concerned man in this area to act immediately
i have taken a idea net prepaid 3months ago still the problems are the net speed is very low(up to 50kbps).and page loading timeis upto 3mins. it is acheating for peoples
I AM AMIT KUMAR LIVING IN DELHI.I WAS PURCHASED A POST PAID DATA CARD OF IDEA NO.[protected] ON DATED 5 SEPT 2009.IT WAS DISCONECTED AFTER 4 OR 5 DAYS.I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES TO THEIR COMPANY PERSONNEL ON THEIR MOBILE. BUT IT IS NOT CONNECTED. KINDLY CONNECT IT. I AM VERY HARRESED BY IDEA IN THIS CONNECTION. IT IS A POST PAID CONNECTION. I AM NOT USED IT LAST MONTH DUE TO DISCONNECTION FROM THE IDEA END. BILL FOR THE DISCONNECTED PERIOD, WILL NOT BE CHARGED, BECAUSE I HAVE NOT USE IT.

IDEA CELLULAR - DATA CARD — UNPRECENDENTED CASE OF HARRASMENT BY IDEA CELLULAR IN BILLING - 9594057550

This mail is to bring to your attention unwarranted and unfair practices adopted by your company IDEA . I had applied for postpaid data card connection in Mumbai on 23/08/09, no. being [protected] under 2 month unltd free usage programme which expired on 23/10/09. On 08/11/09 night , I suddenly receive a demand SMS on the datacard to pay Rs. 1257 as interim monthly payment and on 09/11/09 morning the connection is disconnected without any telephonic intimation from your people. It is really surprising the way you people treat customers. The bill got generated on 08/11/09 itself and I recd a SMS on 08/11/09 night and you expect me to make immediate payment in the night itself whereas the due date is 22/11/09. If you guys are in so hurry to recover bills from your clients then you should stop postpaid service and have only prepaid ones and also dont give due dates. Also your customer care centre is one of the hopeless that I have ever experienced.

Not only this, also I had applied for Rs. 849 /- unltd plan on 16/09/09 when I had made payment of my first bill Rs. 38/- (Service Tax on free service rental) which was not implemented and I was kept under Rs. 399 plan purposely for unknown reasons. I demand an explaination of this carelessness and immediate retrospective implementation of the Rs. 849 unltd plan (Rs. 500 discounted for 3 billling cycles as your brochure reads) from 24/10/09 itself. Though I had made a cash payment of Rs. 1257 under your coercive tactics to extort money but I want it to be adjusted in later bills. It may also be noted that I have lost substantial business because of this practice and behaviour of yours for which you are solely responsible.

Also demand to have a relook at your customer unfriendly extortion practices. Why you guys dont inform customer all this non sense intentions of yours beforehand itself?

Inspite of numerous mails like this to IDEA Cellular on their id (appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) no response has been recd till date from them except for unnamed and unmanned auto replies from the above email id.
