Idea Net Setter — Disconnecting

this is vimal, , my problem is my company provide a idea net setter, net setter is issued by the name of WIPRO, SIM NO:[protected], The problem is netsetter is working not properly and very slow.this is a delhi connection presently i am in cochin so delhi customer care was not pick my phone call.So please take needful action.
