Idea Net Setter — Nonsense customer service | |||
I am using an idea 3G net setter, i used to recharge with 950 (now 949 even customer care people don't know the plan details), Usually within 1 week they will tell 6GB is over and will degrade my plan to 2G speed But for last time from the time of my recharge itself i am not getting any speed and i have registered many complaints but they are not at all responding, even i went to there outlet in KR road, they don't even know anything, My issue is not corrected for last 3 weeks and my plan is going to over, this is not the first time i am facing the problem, Model No E1732 Sim No [protected] So just think before buying the product, it may work for first 2 week !!!
