Idea Prepaid — Activation and deduction of money without any requests
Activation and deducation of money without any requestsHi,
This is Rahul and I am using Idea Prepaid services on this number [protected]. Today on April 16 2011 I have made a recharge of Rs. 30/- after some minutes all recharge balance deduct. however I have made no request at all.
Its my request to you to please deactivate any service from my number and please favour me to return the amount also as my earnings are very less and if you people contnue with this practice it will be very difficult to continue with your services.

I m using the idea no. [protected] and the ch99 magazine has been activated with my cell without my permission it is been more than two month that 3rs for 3 days has continuously been deducting from account despite my numerous complaints.
I want my money refund and this service should be deactivated immediately.

My idea prepaid no. is 91-[protected] (Converted from Uninor to Idea), suddenly since friday (15.04.2011) out going /incoming call service had been stopped on my cell and i had been informed by idea customer care to provide the photo id proof again to re-start the service which will be activated between 24-48 Hrs. maximum, hence i had given the said photo id proof ( Election card) on saturday (16.04.2011) to Idea care (Nr. Havmore restaurant navrangpura, Ahmedabad) but still at 1300 Hrs of 21.04.2011 prepaid card is not activated hence now you are requested to make the card de-activated if you can not activate the same untill 1700 Hrs of today.

Complaints:
1)I am not able to call the numbers which available in my contacts, while calling message getting “disconnected” before dial tone. For some I am able to call but many of the numbers I am not able to connect from my number. When I tried from others number or land line I am able to connect.
2) If I don't use internet for whole day, still amount is getting deduct deducting from my balance. The balance which shows in the night was different and in the morning the balance amount was less.
3) From two day now i am facing one more problem when I am trying to check the balance using *212# : I am receiving the reply "Not Allowed"
Complaints:
