[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — I need my call details

I am fed up of Idea Message... I already submitted the documents two time but still i m getting the message to submit the document. Please let me know the process how to change operator.

Idea — reduction of balance

i recharged my mobile with internet voucher Rs. 98
as per comany scheme we can download 2 GB data through mobile just only with recharge of 98 rupees.but my balance is reducing at each time during downlaoding of any size file. as i know that i have downlodad not more than total 60 MB data through this voucher of Rs 98.
so why each time my balance is reducing.??

My contact number is [protected] (Idea) and recently operating this connection and balance amount was Rs.88/-. On[protected] around forenoon one of the customer from Idea co. contacted me and told that I was choosen as lucky customer and will get 100 minutes STD free in 20 days and 300 SMS for 15 days. After that I never contacted any body from my ibid mobile phone. Around 1958 hrs I contacted telephone number [protected] then I came to know my balance amount is very low it comes to around Rs.6 or 7/-. Immediately I contacted customer care executive Mr Bibash
Adhikari who is not in the capacity to refund the amount deducted around Rs.80/-. Is it fair for the Co. to deduct the amount without my option? If you could not refund the amount be ready to face the consequences otherwise. Earn the amount genuinely and not by cheating customers. My dear Chief Executive Officer to please note the malpractices adopted by the customer and this will earn ill-reputation to the company. Please advise the staff not to indulge in such practices and take remedial action to refund the amount deducted in 12 hours time lest change the caption of idea to ``by choosing idea connection - learn cheating is dead easy from idea''.
