[Resolved] Idea Prepaid — SIM IS SHOWING INVALID | |
customer care at Idea really sucks. I was a satisfied user of Airtel, but I switched over to Idea few days back. From Today My SIM is showing INVALID and I am very uncomfortable without Mobile. The worst customer care service I have seen till date is of Idea. Its highly unprofessional and sucking! I think I should move back to Airtel... Was this information helpful? | |

hi sir or madam iam a idea customer frm last 3 years number is [protected] i purchased activited card frm idea outlet iam satisfied frm servies bt frm last few day num was not working its{ show sim card registration failed }and iam in uae frm last one n half year i visit every 3 months iam using my idea num here also bt i dnt knw wht hepend n i also talk wit one of idea agent he told my thats card id nt mean so plz reply me thanks arshad khan
