[Resolved] Idea Prepaid — complaint against lost sim card | |||
Dear sir/ma'm I am Vinod shastri. I am customer of Idea cellular by last 7 year. I live in Fatehpur shekhawati district sikar (Rajasthan Circle). I trust your network and services a lot. Last month I lost my cell phone along with the sim card ([protected]). I made a complaint against to issue a new sim card with the same phone number([protected]) with the local Idea service center here in fatehpur shekhawati. The owner of the shop (customer care) charged 100 rupees against the new sim card at 19 june 2012. On the date 2nd july 2012 suddenly I felt my sim card was not working, no tower in it, the sim card registration failed this message was shown to me. Today itself at 5th july I went to the local customer care shop again for the problem. He again asked me 100 rupees and gave me another sim card. The problem was continue with the current sim. I went to the person (local customer care ) and asked about. He told me that he cant do anything regarding this problem. His behavior was also not proper. I was very disappointed with the service provided by the customer. I trust you and hope a good response from your side. I hope you would not let me go for another componey’s services.
