[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — Idea Prepaid Recharge balance not received

I have recharged my mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 75/- (Seventy Five) & got message that recharge successfully completed but actually when I checked my balance it is not showing 75/- Rs. recharge, Idea e-recharge done by one shop keeper & in his mobile also 75/- rs deducted. Trans ID GJ[protected]. Please resolve my complaint & give me Rs, 75/- recharge as soon as possible
I called up 198 for complaint, the cse was so harsh and rude , very imcompetant after taking all my details , he asked me to call12345….
I did called 12345 they asked me to call 198. no one is really willing to help or to check if there was any system error.
I am feed up with Idea…………
