[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — document submission

dear .sir /madam ,this is in reference to my prepaid mobile number [protected] .i have submitted my relevent id proof document twice in your idea office ( cannaught place and pahar gunj ) as were demanded by you through sms and voice messege .and i was told that the voice messege would be stoped in 48 hours . But it has been a weak and moreover i had complaint many time on you toll free number 51235 and as well as customer care they were assured me that messgeg will be stoped sooner . now concern is that this is my business mobile number i am worried about that my number should not be stoped from your side .so Kindly stop the voice messege on my mobile and oblige me .

this is in reference to my prepaid mobile number [protected] .i have submitted my relevent id proof document in your idea office as were demanded by you through sms and voice messege but stil i am receiving SMS and voice message for documents submission.

Now the messages cannot be sent to the other mobile.

So please verify the documents and connect the Messesg sendting options at the earliest.

yes this is really embarrassing, ..I too submited the documents twice and did not get this problem fixed, i'm soo pissed of it. please kindly pay attention to this problem..its such a pain to us..

I have submitted my documents twice in this year([protected]). But still i am geeting messages and voice calls from your customer care that documents are not submitted. Is this fare to submit evry 2 months as this is not seeing in any other Sim companies. This is worst part of Idea to taking care of customer's documents and not properly updating in their data base.

Dear Concern,

I am Idea Prepaid yours my number is [protected] I am using this number since 1996 and I am the premium member of (AT&T). Now a days Idea is started documents required tape before calling to any person. As per requirement I have submitted all the documents at Idea centre on 16th September 2011 till today I am disturbing that document requirement tape. So I am requesting you to please remove the same.

i am a idea user since 3 years . in this 3 year i get messages for deposit documents and i had deposited 4 to 6 time . again i am getting the same message from yesterday to deposit . i don't know why ....???? there no answer in costumer care also .

i think company don't know that for once to deposit document one service person have to take time from office with a expense of photo and other . why this all............????

i had registered DND now automatically that moved . when i ask to customer care there answer that " sir woh purane register hai , you have to do again ....... whats this non-seance ..........?????
you know for again register i have to disturb 1 month coz it take time ....

Regarding Document Submission..

I haven't submitted the documents as i am busy every time to go to our local office can i submit through online if yes kindly find the attched proofs.

i have been using this idea prepaid number since 2012 and when i reached to idea store (khushi communication, tri nagar) to link my aadhar card number with my prepaid number, they linked that but they told me that my number is showing under someone else's name. i contacted customer care to resolve this problem, they suggested me to resubmit the documents, i went back to the store (khushi communication, trinagar) along with my documents but they denied to accept the documents and told me to submit it to another idea store. I am dissappointed, now where to go and how to resolve this matter?

I got reverification message on my cell and the problem i was facing (of some other person's name was showing under my number) has been resolved now. It is now corrected.
