AS YOU COMMITTED TO ME THAT ALL THE HURDLES HAS BEEN REMOVED AND I CAN EASILY SHIFT
TO AIRTEL. BUT ONCE AGAIN YOUR COMPANY HAS REJECTED MY PORT REQUEST ON THE GROUNDS
OF OVERDUE BILL.

MY BALANCE IS RUNNING IN MINUS FROM THE PAST 15 DAYS .. WHY THE HELL IS IDEA NOT APPROVING
MY REQUEST TO PORT OUT??

GIVE ME THE DETAILS WHY N NUMBER OF TIMES MY REQUEST IS BEING REJECTED?
SOMETIME IT IS DUE TO CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION OR SOMETIMES DUE TO OVER DUE BILL.

I DO NOT WANT TO STAY ON IDEA ANYMORE. PLEASE LET ME PORT OUT.

THIS IS IRRITATING AND SO HARASSING THAT A COMPANY FOR JUST FOR THE WANT OF RETAINING
CUSTOMERS IT IS USING SUCH CHEAP WAYS.

PLEASE LET ME LEAVE IDEA AS I AM FED UP WITH THE NETWORK.

I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING AGAIN AND AGAIN THAT I WANT TO PORT OUT BUT YOUR COMPANY IS
NOT ALLOWING ME , EVEN AFTER TALKS WITH THE NODAL OFFICER YOU ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO PORT OUT
I WANT TO KNOW WHY ?

PLEASE GIVE ME THE BIFERCATED DETAILS WHERE AND WHAT BILL IS DUE FROM MY SIDE.

TODAY I HAVE AGAIN PUNCHED THE PORT OUT REQUEST , PLEASE LET ME LEAVE IDEA ON A HAPPY NOTE.

I HAVE TRIED TO PORT OUT OF IDEA THRICE BUT EVERY TIME I GET A MESSAGE FROM YOUR END THAT MY NUMBER IS UNDER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION.

I HAD CONTACTED IDEA CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THE SAME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE OBLIGATION IS THE C.U.G. FACILITY. I REQUESTED TO TERMINATE THE SAME AT IDEA SHOWROOM GILL ROAD LUDHIANA , WHICH WAS DULY DONE ON 24TH MARCH 2011 AS PER RECORDS OF IDEA.

EVEN MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS RUNNING IN NEGATIVE SO I HAVE NOTHING TO PAY TO IDEA.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THAT IDEA IS NOT LETTING ME PORT OUT?
