[Resolved] Idea Recharge — recharge not done | |||
Dear Team, Today morning i have done online recharge through my corporatin bank wherein my amount have been deducted in my corporation account but the recharge amount is not credited to my idea number. the reference no. is[protected] (the amount was 30/- rs. )... Same thing other time also i have recharged but still i dint got the recharge amount & the other reference is[protected]. So two time 30/- Rs. i had done... Two time i had done the transactions but i have not got please look into this issue as soon as possible... My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Regards... Shankar... I faced same issue. Recharged with Rs 101 online, and NO AMOUNT RECEIVED.
Today I called customer care (198). Both time I got response that 101 recharge is FRC call and I will not get benefit since I am old customer. When I asked to provide the escalation authority details, call was disconnected 2 times during transfer.
If there is any fault in IN software being used by IDEA, which is not able to identify the FRC call and behave accordingly (Either provide the balance or reject the non-FRC calls), why should customer is loosing money?
Please guide me how to file a case against IDEA PREPAID, since I am not going to take rest without getting my money back.
