Idea/prepaid Service — Dialer Tones and Call center Phones

Sir, Some days before i found activated dialer Tones on My idea Mobile Number [protected], whereas i have not activated it. I don't want to use this service. So Please deactivate this service on my number. And i also request you to Stop the call center calls or sms on this number. Sir, I want to make SMS. but every time when i make it, it gets failed. what is the problem? with this. Iam a Airtel prepaid customer once i had activated airtel friendz chat it is for a period of 10 days only after that i have sent Stop to customer care 121 to stop that activation but it is not activated iam charged 30 rupees from my account i don't want to be in airtel friendz chat

Iam getting unnecessary sms's related to airtel friendz chat and other useless sms please avoid all it
only the useful sms are invited

Please take necessary action
