[Resolved]  IFB Elena Washing M / C — Water leakage & heavy vibrations

I have purchased the IFB Elena washing m/c in 2007, within one month there was a problem in circuit board which was repaired. there was a problem of noise due to vibration, then there customer service people recommended to purchase the stand so we did that then also we are not satisfied then they told that it is common due to vibration. after one year there was a problem of water leakage and the noise was also increasing then they suggested to use the satbilizer and change the shock absorbers.
All this was happening during warranty period. One month before the warranty expiry also I made a complaint that there water leakage & noise problem. The service people came and told that the noise problem is common and they rectified the water leakage problem. Again after one month there was water leakage and I again I made a complaint.
There service person attended the m/c and told that there is no problem then we informed that there is a water leakage & noise problem then he again started checking the m/c he just opened the top panel and he told that the drum is damaged it has to be changed then I asked them that the same problem was reported in the warranty period then you gave the response that the noise was due to load there is no need to worry and after the warranty period they are telling the noise is due to the damage in the drum.
When ever they come to service they donot study the problem but insist in marketing & buying their product.
In 2 years the m/c had some or other problems & we have purchased what ever products the Delight Service agents recommended. We purchased their powder, stand & stabilizer etc. We had spent Rs 5500 on their recommended product & now they telling to change the drum and it is costing Rs 2800.

As I was not satisfied with service agents I made the complaint to IFB to send their executive but they have not send their execuetive but they sent their agency person now they are telling that their may be some problem in the bearing.

I am confused, and I donot trust the agency person so we are requesting to help us in this matter.
