Regd service from IFB

No one from IFB are receiving the calls i am trying to approach Kharkana IFB service centre but no one are coming to our place to give service i am having problem with my washing machine which is under warranty When I am trying to reach KHARKANA BRANCH IFB SERVICE CENTRE BRANCH HEAD he is abusing me so i[censored] can't able to solve our issues pls refund the amount but don't abuse or don't disrespect the customers I am raising so many complaints...

I had worst experience with IFB service. I purchased the AMC from the company itself. Recently faced an issue with the washing machine, the door isn’t closing and tub is making lot of noises. So I have raised a complaint #[protected] Dated : 24th May 2023. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, no one turned up to replace the part for few days. Then he turned up with faulty replacement part and told he will be visiting again. We (customer) were tracking the complaint and suddenly the complaint was marked as closes without even asking for happiness code. I complained again with complaint number #[protected] dated 28th May 2023 and no one is attending the complaint till date . We are calling local in charge, franchise and but none of them are responding back. I am very much disappointed and facing problem w.r.t Service. If anybody from IFB tracking this complaint, please resolve it at the earliest. #DrGaurav #[protected]

    I have submitted complaint on 18/05/2023. Ticket ID IFB[protected].
    My AC outdoor fan blade was broken while running condition. Technician came to see and says within 7 days fan will be replace with new one and take 590 rupees.But today till 30/05/2023 after 12 days nobody is responding for my call. I complain with their higher authorities, number provided by custmor care but no responce by him also.
    What to do next, company must give answer.

      IFB front load washing machine service

      Overcharged by IFB service engineer for front load washing machine suspension replacement - IFB service engineer charged Rs 3880 plus Rs. 590 for the replacement of suspension unit. However the price for this part is in the range of Rs 1000 only. This clearly shows that IFB industries service department overcharged me for the part replaced and cheated me for the part replacement.

      Microwave Oven

      I got scammed by IFB employees twice.

      First incident - My oven's touch board got complained and requested for a repair. The service man came and repaired the same for a cost. Then he told this is a common issue, if you take AMC all costs will be covered. So I took it for a price of Rs. 2000 which is around 30% of the cost of the oven.

      After a few months, the same issue happened again. I emailed customer care...

      We visited ifb point Kammanahalli on 1st April 2023, the sales executive Manu recommended to buy washer dryer model executive zxs 8.5kg which costed 59831/-
      This turned out to be one of the most faulty machine one can think of.
      The washing and drying time is 8hrs. All the clothes are getting damaged. Track pants come out wrinkled logos on the track pants are peeled off. All the clothes are damaged.
      Dryer is not effective.

      Three technicians visited to check the machine but they couldn’t find an answer to this problem.

      We have been following up with the sales executive and customer care to no avail.
      Rakshit from RP services Sanjaynagar went on making commitments that they will look into this.

      Followed up with Santosh IFB executive, Anmol IFB service executive area manager, Manu sales representative from Kammanahalli and Rakshit from RP services.
      The entire team is callous does not answer the
      Call.

      This is a brand new machine which is faulty and IFB has no answer.

        For past 3 months, I have been trying to contact various service agents and others for replacing the PCB for my IFB AC (Model/Year - IACS18AK3TC/2013). Even after raising service request, they simply call and say they have ordered for the pcb and in 2 days time call back asking for some OTP to cancel the services request, saying the spare part is not available. There is no other issues with the AC.

          Hi i had purchased a washing machine in 04/08/2021 i am giving complaints to IFB customer care No one are coming neither to solve the issue neither no one called me also, Some manager GOPI at kharkana branch is talking to the clients very rudely he is only interested in making clients to purchase his products and escape, he didn't even taking the calls when I am trying to call him, pls shift my complaint to another dealer as he don't know how to talk with the clients.Pls appoint some trained professionals, he made me purchase an STABILIZER which is not necessary at all.

              I have filled complaint with IFB with Ticket number [protected] on 10th May 2023 on second day evening when i call i come to know that wrong service center assigned by IFB, and they promise that next day technician come. but after daily follow-up till today no one come for AC repair. when i talked with senior of customer care executive on 15th May I come to know that Shivam Radio (service Center) has wrongly reported visit on phone. so, I asked that if any person visited to my home, then why till today no entry show in your software. where is payment which I have to made? but story is that IFB personnel never start process to repair my AC in summer. today is the 6th day still today no action taken by company.

                  This is regarding my washing machine problem didnt solve for which i requested for a revisit of a technician other one as previous one visited took money my machine was working properly only water was coming slow after he done and went no water intake only. I really dont understand if im calling call center they want to send old technician where he will call us and say dont call to that no. Im not going to come. We are totally abset its been 5-6 days we shud go out for work daily we are waiting for someone to come and solve our issue but no one is coming. IFB is having very poor service. Let me know if anyone is coming from IFB or we shud opt for other private services ?

                    From first 15days it creates some problem.
                    Sometime indicator light not working,
                    Sometime program not working properly.
                    Sometimes automatically child locked.
                    Sometimes automatically Drain continuously.
                    Sometimes errors show.
                    Sometime programs runs till 4-5 hours.
                    Sometimes Drain system is not stopped.
                    Sometimes overhead tank empty because drain is not stopped.
                    Sometimes clothes not dry because water intake is not stopped, water intake continue without stop. So my overhead tank always do empty.
                    Some time my whole house floor full of water like water flood in my house.
                    .
                    So I kindly and humbly Requesting you please please please replace my washing machine immediately as soon as possible.

                      I purchased IFB 9 kg 5 Star 2X Power Steam, Hard Water Wash Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with In-built Heater Silver (Executive SXS 9014) from Flipkart on[protected] with order ID OD[protected]. It was delivered to me on[protected].
                      The installation agent came for installation on[protected]. Before the installation, he is insisting me to purchase accessories worth about Rs 10, 000/-. He also warned me that if I don't purchase and use those items from IFB, my warranty is void as it is the instructions from IFB itself. Even when I called IFB customer care they are saying I need to mandatorily purchase a few of the accessories and "ONLY" from IFB. I don't understand what IFB is doing. Till now I have been thinking IFB is a standard company but it is playing double standards.

                      The information about the "purchase of accessories from IFB" is nowhere mentioned on the product page of IFB. With this, I lost my trust in IFB. I am no more interested in using IFB products and I should start a campaign against IFB and make people aware of the "fraudulent & unethical" practices of IFB. Even the warranty card says "use o[censored]nauthorized optional accessories". What are the authorized accessories? As per the installation agent, "anything not made by IFB" is an unauthorized accessory. If I purchase filters or stabilizers from other well-established brands why warranty will be void? Is this the correct way to do business? why is IFB trying to become a monopoly? Is this a way to get more profits?

                          Washing machine not delivered

                          Hello Team,

                          I have ordered a top load washing machine on 27th April 2023 and 2nd May 2023 was its tentative delivery time.

                          I have not received any notification from IFB about the order nor any communication. When I checked the status it’s not yet shipped and when I called the customer care they say there is no order with the provided order ID. Can you please look into it, I have already paid for this order.br...

                            On April 16, I made a Flipkart purchase of an IBF air conditioner
                            Which Delivered on April 19th, 2023 A request for installation was submitted on April 19, 2023 and approved by the IFB Team under service request number [protected].
                            I have been pursuing the IFB customer support team since April 19th but have not received a response.
                            They gave out the phone numbers for the installation company and the technician, but neither are being answered or responded to.
                            Finally, after numerous phone and email follow-ups, I had a talk with the service provider on April 26. He told me that the ac installation will be completed by EOD. On the day of installation, nobody else showed up.

                            Finally on 27th April 23 Technician came for installation. He came at 6:30 and was highly incompetent and impatient.

                            He had started installation work but didn't bring required instrument for installation.

                            He did half work, and continuously persuing to delay this work on next day as he didn't being accessories for installation.

                            Even it was not my job i went along with him using my vehicle and fuel so that installation finished on the same day but it was not worked out.

                            The technician named Zahid had Guthka in his mouth which he spit in the wash basin once in my home.

                            I had called To Mr. Praveen from IFB and Lukman from service team, but he was also failed to provide support.

                            Also the charges were hidden, initially i was informed that only i need to pay 1250 installation charges, further they add-on Rs. 1250 for Stand, Rs 1800 for Copper pipe, Rs 300 for drain pipe.
                            If this additional cost we need to bear that we should be informed at the time of booking itself.

                            I have to take personal leave for 2.5 days due to inefficiency of IFB service team.

                            Requesting your support for taking this matter seriously with IFB so that in future no other customer has to suffer like me.
