Recently on 03/06/2024 i booked a technical visit for my front load machine because machine was giving DpEr error continuously. Technician came for repair on 05/06/2024 there was issue with drain pump.He repaired the same and suggested to take AMC . In few days i contacted him for AMC he sent me quote for amc (5600-10%i.e 5040), later i visited their service center personally to confirm the amount and my query on whom to make payment person available on desk confirmed the quote amount and asked me to make payment to technician, on 10th june 2024 i made payment via upi to technician, he said you will get Invoice for same within 2 -3 days. Didn't get invoice in 4 days therefore i pinged him on whatsapp for same he said there is issue with Serial No while updating AMC in records so i sent photos of Serial number sticker. Still he failed to update the record and provide me invoice or any proof of AMC is done. After few days he suggested me to talk to his manager regarding same, on his request i called his manager Mr. Sandeep Yadav, on call he assured me it will be done within next 2-3 days which he failed to do. After that i called [protected] to resolve the same, operator gave me mobile number of Mr. Rajiv Kumar to resolve the issue. Called Mr. Rajiv on given number he called Mr. Sandeep Yadav of impact services in conference with me and asked him to resolved same as earliest possible. Mr Sandeep on same day asked me to book a ticket regarding AMC updation with call center. I followed his instructions, he said it will updated in their system in few days. Since then few days passed on 23/07/2024 i visited his service center to get update on the issue, Mr. Sandeep was present there he said it will be done within 2 days and raised a ticked from his side, so i waited 2 days and called him on 26/07/2024 for same he asked me for some code on sms received on registered number i gave him the same after some time i received another sms "your ticket is resolved" i called call center number [protected] to check amc is updated or not the call center person said its not showing any amc on your number.
please help me to get it done or just refund my money i will never purchace any ifb appliance further and ask others same because though the appliance is good but their service is just headache .
