I totally agree with the above complait that IFB provides one of the worst Customer cares in India. The same thing happened with me , I have bot a 20 L Convection model from IFB and its been a month and still IFB has not send any executive for Demo of the product in spite of calling their customer care several times

This is more of an SOS to IFB. Likewise, I too bought a IFB 30SC1 Microwave oven +Grill + Convention. All of a sudden, the oven came to a grinding halt is such a way that it remains confusing. When plugged on the lights come on but no heating action. Thinking that the heating coil might need a change we registered a complaint with IFB. I totally agree with the above complaint that IFB provides one of the worst customer care and after maintenance service.After over two weeks of constant telephonic reminders from my side their engineer finally turn up only to tell us that the above model is outdated and hence no spares are made available. I found this to be really ridiculous It certainly does not augur well to a brand name IFB.

IFB sells cheap substandard products these days with high price.
