[Resolved]  IFB - Senorita Plus (Front Loaded) — burning smell

MY WASHING MACHINE SENORITA PLUS BOUGHT IN THE YEAR 2007.WITH AN ADDITION EXTENDED WARRANTY IT WAS RUNNING IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE PAST INITIAL 2 YEARS .BUT SINCE LAST MONTH IT DEVELOPS SOME PROBLEM. AFTER LODGING MY FIRST COMPLAINT ON 11th December "09 ( CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NO:3856648) TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTER.THE TECHNICIAN CAME AFTER TWO DAYS AND INFORMED THAT SOME PUMP HAS TO BE REPLACED AND ASSURED TO COME WITHIN 2 DAYS. AND INFORMED ABOUT ONLY DUE TO THE CURRENT FLUCTUATION THIS HAD HAPPENED AND TOLD SINCE U HAVE MADE EXTENDED WARRANTY THIS HAVING REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE WITH FREE OF COST.

FROM THEN ON WARDS SO FAR NO ONE HAS TURNED UP AND SEVERAL TIMES CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER AND THEY INFORMED TO CONTACT ONE Mr. SRINIVASAN WHO IS INCHARGE OF THE CHENNAI DIVISION AND GAVE PHONE NO[protected]. WHEN I CONTACTED THIS PERSON HE ASSURED THAT HE WILL SEND PERSON WITHIN TWO DAYS AND NO ONE HAS TURNED TILL DATE (20.12.2009). I AM AT THE AGE OF 55 YEARS AND MY WIFE IS SICK AND HAVING AGE OLD MOTHER AND TWO KIDS STUDYING ONE IN SCHOOL AND THE OTHER IN COLLEGE. AFTER BUYING THE WASHING MACHINE IT WENT SMOOTHLY WITHOUT SERVANT MAID. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN HOW CAN I GET SERVANT MAID IN THIS CURRENT SITUATION OF NON AVAILABILITY OF TRUST WORTHY PERSONS.DAILY I AM WASHING THE CLOTHES AND GOING TO OFFICE WITH MORE STRAIN. HENCE KINDLY ARRANGE TO CHANGE THE MACHINE OR MAKE THE MACHINE TO GOOD WORKING CONDITION AT THE EARLIEST, SINCE THE MACHINE IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION FOR THE PAST 15 DAYS AND THE MACHINE IS IN EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD.
APART FROM THE ABOVE THE CHENNAI DIVISION CONTACTING PERSON Mr. SRINIVASAN IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING TO THE PHONE CALLS IF I CALL AND HE SIMPLY IGNORE AND SWITCH OFF THE CELL.THIS IS ALSO NOT A GOOD SYMPTOM OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.
