[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — request for service

Not responding properly

Past 10days my washing machine is not working. Not doing proper washing, strains are remaing, dirty cloths are coming out how i put inside, same it comes out. I am not at all satisfied with ifb. I called customer care, people are not picking up . pl send somebody to repair my machine.My address is

I am the customer/user of IFB for last 10 years.Recently on thursday i have brought new mechine on exchange.But till today the demo/instalation is pending.During rainy season we are fully depending on Washing mechine.This delay has lost 10years confidence/trust on ifb and its service.Kindly react immidiatly and do the needful
