[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — frequent problems | |
Sir t, the IFB washing machine has been owned by me since 2002 Right from the beginning, it is not up to the satisfaction . We had opted AMC, which has its full utilisation throught the year.Replacement of drum. gasget IC etc., still the temperature control IC has not been replaced by the mechaanic in spite of AMC. Also the staff of Thanjavur unit are not that much well versed in handling or rectifying the problem . THEY never turn to our call. We are inan idea of selling this machine and switching over to a better company . My colleague who had bought this machine four manths back, is crying, saying that he should not have bought this IFB, for there is no quick response from the customer care people . If this condition persists, we are sorry to say sir, we will have to inform oour nears, not to purchase IFB WASH MACHINE, as far as THANJAVUR is concerned . Please see to it seriously . Yes.. IFB washing machine service is too poor in Tanjore. I purchased from Thanjavur, Punniyamoorthy pillai dept. When there's problem, we made complaint many times. But they are not taking any actions. I think there is no service engineers for IFB washing machine in Thanjavur area. Its better not to buy IFB products from Tanjore area.. particularly from Punniyamoorthy pillai dept. Then you will be in deep trouble.
We are having 8 IFB front loading washing machine at our Students hostel.
So I request send the details of service centre or service engineer to the following e mail as early as possible or contact the phone number.

We also complaint to various times to your IFB authorized service franchisee representative Mr. Wilson Joseph, he was also attend the complaint 3 times but the problem is as it is.
We also complaint to your mobile TA-IFB CARE. we got 2 times ticket no.is 2877214 and other is misplaces.
our problem is that our washing machine does not wash our all clothes properly & we thought it is manufacturing defect. we regularly complaint to the dealer & Mr. Wilson Joseph from date of purchase. Please rectify the complaint other wise we are going to consumer court.
