My washing machine is "SENATOR" 6KGS, while operating the drum is not rotating. But the knob is rotating, water also coming asusal.if i wat to complaint through phone no: 39004321 it is not working. my address: T.benarji' Flat no: 305, Vamsi 4S Plaza, Bibisaheb Maktha, Swaroopnagar, Uppal - 39. Washing Machine giving more sound & vibrating more abnormally. It is second problem arising in washing machine. It is purchased on[protected]. 1st problem requires 3 months time to repair it for your staff.Even it is not using daily giving such problems.I feel bad by purchasing your washing machine due to problems arrising. I ask the M/C should be take return back & give new one. The model is IFB Senorita 5.5 kg.
