I have a Washing Machine (Elena Ex), it is under AMC, it has not been working and a complain has been lodged since 27.01.2011 (13 days ago) Customer code No. 843891. The service attendants have not taken any action to do the needful. Repeated complains have fallen to deaf ears. Every time i am referred to the same service reference from the help line and my time is wasted. The last time ( on[protected] i was provided a local IFB contact No.[protected]Mr. Bappa). On contacting the same i was assured that my problem will be rectified in another 2-3 days time. I once again felt that my complain was taken very lightly. To my horror, a man turned up from the company WITHOUT ANY SPARES & TOOLS. Till date i am waiting for IFB to understand that if they FAIL to provide service, why are they selling such machines and why dupe customers by collecting AMC money.
Lastly, i pray for someone to hear me as i am fed up of hand washing clothes since long in spite of owing a washing machine.
