[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Worst service

Very worst customer service by ifb in chennai. They even turn back.

We are using ifb washing machine and the machine is in extended waranty we paid 1500 rs for that.

15 days before we face an issue. The water was not drained out. We contact custom no [protected] and we registered a compliant. We clearly mention the issue (I. E water was not drained out). They rasied a compliant number and promise send the service person to short out the issue with in 48 hrs.

One of the service pesron came in 2 day. He came without any tool he just watch the machine and check the drain plun and say there might be some choke in the drain line. So it is a major issue we have to remove the drum and all so it required major service. Also he say some other service person will come and do the service may be in 3 days.

Esculation manager did not picked our call. The work supervisor did not respond properly.

We are waiting almost ten days and no body was allocated and answered. Since it was in extended warranty i did not check with local service person.

Atlast due to my personal urgency i myself open the machine and remove the drain line and found there was a choke in darin line and i clean it. Now it is working

Please do not buy ifb it is costly and service is very very very worst. We can buy two differenet brand washing machine with the same cost of singel ifb machine and there service are good from other vendors.
