My washing machine SENORITA DX 5.5, is 2yrs old, every time when we call for service they give the Highest quote for 1 service upto Rs.6000.00 to 8000.00, since warranty period is over. And suggested to take AMC for 4250.00 so that we can save,
After taking the AMC when we call for service they come check and say every thing is fine and not responding properly, and trying to sell the Washing powder they offer , so no problem will arise in future, is this the way IFB PEOPLE WORK , Robbing money ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I have been facing similar problem with my IFB Washing machine. Every 2 months the mc having one or other problem and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I am sure that no one can compete with IFB in terms of WORST service.

11072063 logged on 8th july morning and made atleasr 20 followups with their central and local office. But nothing moves in the deaf ears of these guys. I think the company policy itself is not to focus on customer service.

No Service provided in 24 hrs of the complaint
I have booked a complaint on[protected] @ 2, 00 pm and there is still no response from IFB. Upon repeated calls complaint is still in open status #13980464need to service

Please never ever buy IFB appliances. Then u have to suffer in the future.
