[Resolved]  Ikya Human Capital Solution Pvt Ltd — PF Fraud

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I want to register a complaint against my previous company where I was working. I was working with British Council Division. However, they can not keep me as a on role employee due to there is no any designation of Data Entry Supervisor or Data Entry Operator in there organic chart. So, they had kept me on third party pay role. They had introduced the IKYA Human Capital Solution Pvt. Ltd as my secondary employment company but my principle employment was British Council Division. They fixed my CTC per month of Rs. 11, 990/- after deduction of the PF and ESI, I used to got in hand Rs. 11, 000/- I completed my 1 year in same scenario from 1st April 2013 to 9th March 2013. I left the job from British Council Division on 9th March 2013. Then I filled the PF form on 1st June 2013 at IKYA Human Capital Solution Pvt Ltd. They advised me that you will get your PF amount within 45 to 60 days. However, It been 4 months completed from the 1st June 2013 to till date. I am still waiting for my PF amount. When I contacted to IKYA regards in this matter. They are not confirming me the correct picture. I have a doubt that they never submitted the PF amount in my PF account. Because I have not got any message from the PF office. Then I contact to the British Council Division regards in same. They had sent an email about the same but IKYA was told to them give us some time till 30th September 2013. We will confirm the status for the employees who are working there on same scenario. Now today is 1st Oct 2013. I called up to Mr. Pankaj (Associate) regards in same. I state that please share that status about same but he suddenly stating that can you please mind your tone. However, I was very polite. He states that I don’t want to talk to you and disconnected the call, after some time I called again and asked about the same. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and advised to call after some time. I will let you know, but when I called him after some time. He did not pick up the call. Please see the trail email which was sent by the British Council Division to IKYA. Dear Pankaj, Please share the updated status.<=span> Regards, Rahul From: Pankaj Kumar Chaudhary [mailto:[protected]@ikyaglobal=com] Sent: Wednesday, September 11, 2013 4:58 PM To: Prajapati, Rahul (India) Cc: Verma, Madhulika (India); Sabharwal, Saurabh (India); Gangola, A=uj (India); [protected]@ikyaglobal.com; [protected]@ikyaglobal.com; 'Prakash'; a=[protected]@ikyaglobal.com; 'Omeet Shrivastva' Subject: RE: Team's PF Issue Dear Rahul, This matter has been already escalat=d with our Banglore team & PF department, we will get back to you soon=with the solutions of both of issue. <=span> • PF Withdrawal of Shamim &= • Online PF statement( updatio= is still under process, expected to get reflected by September last week =r latest) Thanks & Regards, =/span> Pankaj Kumar | Process Executiv= |<=pan lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial", =quot;sans-serif";color:#1F497D"> Staffing Solutio=s Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd B-1/I-1= 1st Floor, Mohan Indurtrial Estate, Near Badarpur Border, New Del=i-110044 India Direct: +[protected]= Mobile: +91 [protected] www.ikyaglobal.com “=We value your inputs. Initially at the beginning of the contract (=pril’12) ‘Abhay’ assured us that our PF amount will star= reflecting on EPFO (Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation) site in=few months but such didn’t happen. He assured us again that our PF amoun= will reflect after Diwali but that didn’t happen too. We got anothe= assurance from them that it will reflect after year end closing (Mar̵=;13) but it didn’t reflect. After than you confirmed to us that it will start reflecting after May’13 but result was the =ame. It has passed 3 months to your last commitment and still our PF is sh=wing nowhere. Team is very anxious and feeling very unsecu=ed regarding their PF. They always push me to get any update on it. Specia=ly after, when few member of my team had left the job and did not get any update on their PF. It has been over 90 days that the PF f=rm has been filled by them. Couple of days back, we had a meeting in you= office and still the major concern was the PF but we did not get any sati=factory answer form your side. meanwhile we got to know that the shamim Akhtar’s PF application has not been submitted yet a=d He had applied for it on 01-june-13. Team is very unhappy with this trea=ment. As I am the supervisor of this team, every t=am member or ex-member coordinates to me about their issues. It is my resp=nsibility to help them with my best efforts or escalate to the upper level but in PF case we did not get any positive =esponse from your side from the beginning. These things really affects the work and mor=l of the team. Please provide us the PF statement of all=team member. . Requesting you to please take this up on pri=rity. We all are waiting for your positive response. &nbs=; Best Regards, Rahul Prajapati The British Council is the United Kingdom's international organisation for =ultural relations and educational opportunities.
