I'm surprised by the kind of attitude ur people have shown to a PLATINUM customer who has been eagerly waiting for 2 months to get the IMINT CARD. Trust & hope to get a +ve feedback at the earliest.

Imint Card — Card not delivered

i am struggling to get my i mint card for last 1 year and 3 months. Customer care takes the complain every time, take my address and mobile number with a promise that it'll be delivered in 20 working days. But those 20 working days never arrived. Help please!
i-mint card not delivered to me till today.
My ICICI Bank Credit Card Number is [protected] and my imint A/C.No.is [protected]. The reward point of my ICICI Bank are transferred to the said i-mint card. Unfartunatly my i-mint card is misplaced in my residence. Kindly favour me by issueing the duplicate card of fresh card & oblige.

I was trying to contact callcenter no. but its continuasly busy.
My ICICI Bank Visa Card No[protected] I have received I-Mint Card. Pl.help
and send one new I-Mint card. I have to redeem around 26000 points.
Last two months, I am asking M.K.Ahmed of Indiranagaar to redeem my points. They says
their server is not working and very difficult to redeem points without server. Can you send
list of despartment stores and rfeady made garments shop to proceed furthert and redeem

IMINT — IMINT CARD NOT BEING DELIVERED

I have an ICICI Bank credit card. This bank has tie up with this company named imint and they transfer all the reward points of the card to this imint account. The same has happened for me. But IMINT has never delivered me my imint card and hence I cannot use these reward points. Everytime I ask for it, they make a fresh request and say they will dispatch it via some courier service but I never get my card. The courier service give some excuses like they delivered to someone else on my behalf, not able to reach me etc etc. I have given my office address, extn no and mobile no to imint and even then they do not deliver. The last time the courier company (BSACiti) has claimed that they did not have my phone no (though I have shared it with imint).
Help me in letting me know how can i get my imint card and hence redeem my reward points.
