[Resolved]  IMS Noida — NO FEE REFUND

Dear Sir,

Yes this collegue is a big cheater and looting people. They are taking lots of donations under the table fro addmissions and not taking the students based on merit. Also they are not refunding the caution money which they have taken at the time of addmission. The college management is not at all ready to listen or look into this and the accounts dept head gives phone to office boy who ignores or disconnet without giving proper info. They are fooling the inncocent people.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME FOR REFUND THE FEES OF MY DAUGHTER FROM IMS NOIDA SECTOR 62.
I HAVE SENT MANY REMINDERS TO IMS BUT TILL TODAY I DID NOT FIND MY DAUGHTER’FEES. ITS RECEIPT NO IS 26015 DT. 16/06/09 RS. 34450+500=34950. BECAUSE SHE DID NOT ATTEND INSTITUTE AND SHE GET ADMISSION IN ANOTHER COLLEGE. ACCORDING TO AICTE, THE FEES SHOULD BE REFUND BY INSTITUTE, IF THE STUDENT GET ADMISSION IN ANOTHER COLLEGE.
I ALSO WANT TO TELL YOU THAT THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD FOR ME. THEY SAID NOBODY CAN CANCEL THEIR AFFILITION.

Hello Guys,

My name is Abhishek Agarwal PGDM batch of[protected]. IMS Noida did not give the PGDM diploma of batch[protected] it’s around 2 years past which we should get after some days or months but we have not any information for our diploma. We have visited college many time regarding our diploma and We were very surprised to know that no one have any information regarding our diploma. We are not sure we are going to get it or not or we had just wasted the money and time.

Please do not trust at IMS Noida.

Hello Everyone I ayushi Dixit...
I have taken my admission in IMS noida for MBA bt the teacher there name NEHA CHAWLA forced and manipulated me very nicely nd sugar coatingly to enrolled for MIB(MASTER OF INTERNATIONAL BUSI ESS), she had taken 50, 567 rs for seat blocking i told her to provide me the receipt she denied by stating system not working come on wed i called again she told she is out of station and she continously denied.Now as per my further conversation i asked her if i dnt want to pursue is my fees is refundable she promised me on phone tht your fees will be refundable my only fault was that i trusted her and didnt record..Now wen i went to college she denied and talking to meeh arrogantly my uncle also went but she behaved very badly she also scream and scold my dad..She totaly denied that there is any amount deposited...
PS- according to AICTE there is norms of refunding the fees...

I am givin an honest review that thus college is just another level fraud
I paid 25000 as an amount for registration amount and its been like 3 months i have been continuously mailing them for and calling them for refund i am futher not getting any response

My name is yatin sengar . I paid my registration at may 2020 that is ₹20, 000. But after one week of registration I want my refund due to some problem but IMS noida sector 62 didn't back my refund till date its already 7 months but now news of refund and when I call them they said you get your refund shortly but I know they only fooling me . respected organisation I want to help from you please help me my situation is deteriorating day by day . and my email is [protected]@gmail.com ( for contact me)And as per UGC guideline I have full right to opt my money back but ims noida do not follow UGC guideline.
