Dear Sir,

This is regarding a new PAN CARD which was applied in the year of 2003. I have received a letter dated 08/05/2003 from income tax department in which my pan number ( AFOPD5148K ) was mentioned. But after that my laminated PAN CARD was not been sent to me till now. I am very much in a need of my PAN CARD now. So pls take necessary steps to issue the PAN CARD at the earliest.

AS per status online PAN card has been dispatched by post on 19.02.09 to my mentioned address. Till date 13.03.09 the same has not reached. Following up with concern post office they mention the same has not reached to post office.

this is to inform you that i have approached the surpunch alipur(Asha latha) to take the permission to construct the house in alipur, to my surprise she is demanding the large amount ie 15000 to approve the permission.as iam from a middle class family and taken loan from the bank to contruct the house i have denied to pay the amount she demanded, and to my surprise she is not approving my permission, she also threatend me that i will see your end if you tell this to any one as her husband (zubair)is a rowdy sheater and has got the criminal background.
extracting money from the poor people has become thier usual practice and earned crores of rupees, and they have also constructed a very huge buildings in alipur, by misappropriating the governament funds,
hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and investigate to secure the govt funds and to save the poor people,

i have filed my itr for asst.year 2006-07 dated on 07/08/2006 and its receipt no is 5957 and Refund Rs.28468/-but till date, i dont received my refund.
So. therefore i request you please send me refund as soon as possiable.

I have applied for PAN card on 12.01.2008 to NSDL, vide acknowledgement number [protected] till date i have not received my pan card. I talked with NSDL call center several times but i do not get any satisfactory answer. No body is attending my complaint. They says that they have already sent my pan card 2 times by ordinary post but i have not received it till today. Why should they send it by ordinary post ? Why they are not sending it by Regd. AD. Post as It is a valuable evidence for us.
