My name is Manoranjan Samantray, I have not got any INcome tax refund from the Income Tax department for the FY[protected] return being filed in April 2009. I have to get Rs. 687 but it is already completed 10 months. please help me to recieve the refund. My Pan No. is BBQPS8663B.

I had given my new bank details while changing my name in the PAN Card, however the income tax refund for the assessment year 07-08 has still come on the old bank account number, the last date is[protected], which is why i am writing this to you.
