I had gone to your Sector-14, gurgaon office for apply a PAN of partnership firm. Concerned person who was taking the appliction he returned my application that partnership deed are required to be
notarized. I asked him for instructions received from your side. but
he refused to give me copy of instructions. I had approached him/
and other concerned respective person to provide me copy of these
instruction after getting cost from me.
But all the staff of karvy consultancy ( In basement) refused to accept my application and supply of copy of instruction provided from your office.

please give me one copy of instruction so that in future no discrepancy be arised at the time of filing of application to
your offices. Also instruction be given to your staff if any
customer required then supply them the copy of instruction with

I have made an online application of my PANcard on 12th March, 2010 and forwarded the acknowledgment copy duly photo affixed and signed alongwith requisite attachments on the same day to NSDL, Pune by ordinary mail on the same day (12th March, 2010). The local payment cheque of Rs. 94 has been deposited to the HDFC Bank on 12th March, 2010 and the money debited on 16th March, 2010. Now I track the online application, and found that the documents are not yet received.

I applied and got the PAN card in the year 2003. From there onwards i am submitting my TDS till 2009. But later very recent i was informed by the Income Tax office all the TDSs are in hold due to the PAN card had been wrongly issued under the category HUF and I suggested to apply a fresh card to get under INDV category.
