This is a Query and not a Complaint:

The date of incorporation of HUF on HUF PAN card is wrong due to wrong entry or wrong data supplied by mistake. I need to correct the date. How can I do this ?

I have made an online application of my PANcard on 12th March, 2010 and forwarded the acknowledgment copy duly photo affixed and signed alongwith requisite attachments on the same day to NSDL, Pune by ordinary mail on the same day (12th March, 2010). The local payment cheque of Rs. 94 has been deposited to the HDFC Bank on 12th March, 2010 and the money debited on 16th March, 2010. Now I track the online application, and found that the documents are not yet received.

Is it true ? or they are not update the status ?

how to get that the filied acknowledgement no and the filed form to send to the NSDL office.

I applied and got the PAN card in the year 2003. From there onwards i am submitting my TDS till 2009. But later very recent i was informed by the Income Tax office all the TDSs are in hold due to the PAN card had been wrongly issued under the category HUF and I suggested to apply a fresh card to get under INDV category.

Can you please let me know the process for re-submitting the TDSs which are in hold and how can i request to cancel the card which had been given under HUF category and also should i got ahead to apply a new card again to get it under INDV category.

But when i see at internate site it shows 'PALSHISH' which is incorrect.

My pan no is ASLPM7431J. There is now 5 months completed but I have not got my Pan card. I am checking in website the status is dispatched on 07 Feb. 2008 by post.

Pan card — Non-issue of PAN Card

I have submitted duly filled and verified application form along with all supporting documents, photographs, etc required to be submitted for issue of photo-PAN Card on 5th January 2006 (which was not sent to me along with PAN Number intimation). I already possess a PAN card without photo. Since then I have neither received PAN Card nor heard anything from the concerned. It has been close to 2.5 years now.
Details of my application submitted are given below-

Documents submitted – Copy Of PAN allotted, photographs, etc.
Application Submitted at – UTI Technologies Services, Gulab Bhavan, New Delhi .

On enquiry at UTI, I was told to submit an undertaking regarding spellings of father’s name which I submitted on 19th February 2008 .
I now request that PAN Card may please be issued to me which I could not get along with PAN Number allotted to me in the year 1997. I am a regular Income Tax Payer and submitting my I.T.R’s regularly.

Pan card — non issuence of pan card after 1 year

helo sir, my daughter in law and me applied for pan card on 23 june 2008 and pass book show wihdrawal date26 june chequeno. were 936864 and 65. these were submitted in hdfc bank goregaon west s, v, road branch. but one year hass passed and no information regarding our pan cards. status was showing that our applications are being proccessed.sir is the way of govt. functioning, when every misiter claims that we have got very tranperent way of working. same thing happened with foriegn ministry when we applied for passport and it took 4 months and same with election department it is one and a hlf years ago i have applied for voter card but after going to that office so many times my name was in voter list but father name was wrong now again we have to fill form submitt fotos but result is tha same again i will persue this matter with changed for. we are fed up. we are law abiding citizen but in great ti recive some govt. documnet which is our national identity card. i hope to hear some possitive news from your side. it is common comlaint that cheques are being mis placed. thanks . indian citizen in waitng to get pan card. vijaya laxmi chaturvedi

i hope early desicion will be taked my daughter in law after waiting so, long left for dubai without getting pan card inspite of paying fees. private dalals have put up advertisement in so many place claiming to get you pasport within time frame with fees of 200 rs. we are going through govt. channels we are unable to get it. vijaya laxmi chaturvedi

I would like to know the remedy of How to get PAN card. I have called and mailed to income tax and NSDL numerous times but they seems to pay no heed to my problem. Inspite of writing it again, I am pasting the latest mail which I have sent to Income Tax Department. Hopefully, you will get all the details of my problem in it:

"Dear Sir/Madam

I have applied for Reprint of PAN on 17th December, 2010 for which I have sent my acknowledgement no. [protected] duly signed along with all the supporting documents which have been all ready received by you, but still status of my application shows"
Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department ". I am extremely sorry to say that, I have sent several mails as well as phone calls to you regarding this matter, but it seems that you have not paid any heed to any of my mail and phone call. I have also logged several request at Aaykar Sampark Kendra, Request No.2209472, 2285809, but my problem yet remains unsolved. Every time I call to Aaykar sampark kendra/ TIN NSDL, you all kick the ball to each others court and I become a mere spectator watching the ball. You all have turned down my several request. The last response which I got through Aaykar sampark kendra was that, you all have forwarded my application to Kolkata RCC on February 22, 2011 and the response for the aforesaid file is yet to be received from the RCC. You also said me to mail the Date, time and Executive's Name of TIN call centre, if they doesn't provide me the status of my PAN application. In this regard I would like to inform you that, I have called TIN call Centre on 8th April,2011 at 17.05 P.M, Executive's Name: Namrata, she informed me that they have forwarded my PAN application to Income Tax Department on 28th Dec,2011 for approval which is yet to be received and if they get the approval they will despatch me my PAN card soon (this word seems to be a joke as it has been more than 4 months of my PAN application). Hopefully you all will notice the harassment which I am facing since 4 months due to your active and responsive steps taken in this regard.

Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and complete all the formalities and process my application as soon as possible.
