Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to inform you that I have I.T. Return filed as on 05/11/2011 for Assessment Year 2010-11. The acknowledgement no. was [protected]. I regret to say that after one year I have not yet received my I.T. Refund Rs. 12294/. I have already many times mail to income tax department but no any positive reply from I.T. department.
