[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund — income tax refund not received

I have not yet received my following two income tax refund :

I am senior citizen of adavanced age of 83.
I have not yet received my Incometax Refund due for
AY 2007-08 Rs.15, 317 and
AY 2008-09 Rs.27, 493
please expedite

In Refund Status it shows that refund is send through the ECS for the year of[protected] to my account of September 15 2008 and status is displayed as "Unable to credit refund as the account description provided by you is incorrect " but all the accounts and papering was correct when i submitted. please let me know how revert back the refund from the department.
please do the needfull.

i have not recived my refund for the financial year[protected] . My PAN NO IS BAXPS6229M. The amount of refund is 5789/-. I have approached the local IT office many time but i have still not received the refund . kindly help me out

I have not received incone tax refund for FY06-07 which is 50741. I did visit IT office couple of times but every time officials said it will happen in a months time but till date it has not come.
Kindly help. My pan no is ANWPS2709M

I have filed my T.D.S. for refund of Rs.14506/- on dated 12.3.2009 for the year[protected] in ward no. 26 (B) vide their acknowledged receipt no. [protected] but till date I have not received my refund . I have already sent two letter to Income Tax Officer, Ward no. 26(3) Vikas Bhawan "D" Block I.T.O. New Delhi -110001 vide my letter dated 26.8.09 and 23.10.09 but till date neither I have receive the payment not any reply from the above department. My Pan Card no. is ACEPR5584Q.

Sir, I am urgently in need of money, I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and release my refund voucher at the earliest.

I have been getting my refunds till last year. The refund cheque would come in by October. I never had to make any application for the refund.
However this year ie 2009, I have not received the refund for AY-2009-10. I had been expecting to receive it by October'09 end. What is the reason ? Has the rules changed do I have to make an application? My PAN is AFKPA6172L.

MY PAN NOS IS AHHPS5665H MY REFUND CHEQUE FOR F.Y. 2007-08 & A.Y. 2008-09 WAS UNDELIVERED THE REASON GIVEN BY DEPT IS. DUE TO ADDRESS MISMATCH. AFTER THIS UNDILIVERD CHEQUE I SUBMITTED NEW REQUEST LETTER 3 TIMES WITH MY BANK DETAILS TO INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT AT THANE DIVISION, BUT THEY EVERY TIME THEY ASKED YOUR REFUND WILL COME WITHIN A MONTH BUT TILL DATE I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND CHEQUE OR ECS.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL & HELP FOR MY REFUND.

I am Sqn Ldr Rohit Singh working in the Indian Air Force. My PAN no is BMHPS5625K. For financial year[protected] my tax deducted at source was Rs 29163/=although tax payable was Rs 24876/=.While filing the income tax declaration, I had clearly brought out that I should be getting a refund of Rs 3540/= which was acknowledged by your acknowledgement no 4231 dated 31 jul 2008 from OFFICE OF THE INCOME TAX OFFICER, WARD 42(3), NEW DELHI. but till date I have not received any refund.Also, another refund for financial year 2008-09 for Rs 2062/= is due which has been acknowledged by your acknowledgement no 4291 dated 02 jul 2009 from OFFICE OF THE ASST/DY. INCOME TAX COMMISSINER, WARD 42(1), NEW DELHI It is requested that my refund be sent to AFCAO(AIR FORCE CENTRAL ACCOUNTS OFFICE) as I am in a transferable job and AFCAO would further send the refund to me.
