[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund Complaint — Not Receiving Refund

n.a. — I.T.REFUND IS NOT RECEIVED FOR A.Y 2007-08

Dear Sir,

My PAN No. is AKTPB 5256E

I have filed my Income tax return for the A.Y. 2007-08 on 25/06/2007 vide Acknw. No.[protected] with Income Tax Ward - 12(2) with Refund claim of Rs. 2235/-.

Still I have not received the said refund or not received any satisfied answer from the I.T.Deptt. even though period for the Assessment of the return has been lapsed.

Please do the needfull as early as possible.

Income Tax — No IT refund so far

Hi,
My IT return (both[protected] and[protected] is pending for a such a long time. Anybody can please help me.

TAX — Tax refunds not received

I have filed my returns for the year 2008-09 in the Month of June 2 years back and due to some issues, I have filed it again in the month of December of the same year but still did not get my refunds. Though i have visited the ITO office nearly about 5 times, everytime I have been assured that within 3 days i will be getting my refunds but when I call them back they give me some silly reasons saying that it is was in 11th ward and we are shifting to 9th ward and it will take more 3 days. I really do not understand when we do not pay the Tax returns on time, we are charged extra on it but when the refunds are not done on time would they be giving me interest on it?

This is our fundamental right to get our refunds back.

It would be really grateful if you could help me out in this matter.

This is Dev karan jeengar from Bhilwara. I have still not received income Tax refund for the assessment year 2007-08. I have made several applications, gone to Income Tax office in Bhilwara several times. Every time the staff gives false promises. Two weeks back they told me that refund has been sent to me but still I have not received the refund. The online status requests shows the refund has not sent to me. I am really frustrated with the working of Income tax department. Please look into this and expadite sending the refund. My PAN card number is AFGPJ8584F.

Income tax deptt (Banglore) — Refund has not been transferred

Hello sir

Its regarding my refund of rs 1950.It is pending with Income Tax deptt for last 5 months.I have been regularly calling to the banglore branch, they are keep on promising me that your REFUND will processed soon,but nothing has done yet.

Please advice me else i approach to somebody senior next time.

Income Tax — Refund of income tax not received

Hi

My name is prashant langade.

I had received an email from [protected]@incometaxindia.org regarding the income tax refund.

But i am unable to submit the request for income tax refund using the URL provided in the email.

I tried reaching the income tax department through email,but i didnt get any reply/repsonse from them yet.

Can any one please let me know what do i need to do in this case?

DEAR PRASHANT,

Income tax departments do not send any mail regarding refund order. so please pursue your assessing officer for the refund (if you filled mannualy return but if you filled online return then you can talk to CPC, Banglore office regarding your refund order )
