Unresolved issue of IT Refund of Rs. 13, 167 for FYU @010-11 (AY 2011-12)

I have been writing letters and have also personally visited the office of Assessment Officer, Ward 6(4) Pune.
However, I have neither received the refund, nor any communication from the ITO concerning my case.

I have been verbally told by the Assessment Officer that details of my return for AY 2011-12 have still not been electronically uploaded into their system, and as such there is delay. He could not say about the time, by which I can expect the refund.
