[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund Complaint — Not Receiving Refund

1. My IT refund cheque AY 12-13 was sent to me on 29 January13. The same has been misplaced and I intimated GHQ ITO PUNE accordingly. The old cheque has been cancelled on 29 April 13 but fresh cheque for refund has not been issued so far.
2. May I REQUEST THAT FRESH REFUND CHEQUE BE ISSUED AT THE EARLIEST.

Income tax Refund last 8 Months i trying to get.

I tried my best reaching out AO - HMT Building ganaganagar, Bangalore and CPC Bangalore, spoken to customer care 20 time and raised issue about 10 to 15 time and contactus Gorv mail Id around 30 time No Issue .

Now I wanted to file law suite against the refund Department - I am Now thinking this.

Mean while i am thinking - Once I file the petition - I do not need refund instead of I wanted to terminute the Culprites who are not working properly in the tax Refund department.

Once these people loose their job than he/She and family will suffer than only they come to Know what dose it means.

I lost my job last 7 months back - from that day i am asking refund - 53, 200.
