[Resolved]  Indane - Agency Name: Sri Chella Gas Agency, Selaiyur, Chennai - 73. — Delay in delivery and acceptance booking even after 21 days of delivery and unavailability of Agency phone nos.due to overload of no. of customers.

My Consumer No. is 40166 and the agency takes the usual procedure of accepting booking after 21 days of delivery. And they accept the booking on condition of delivery only after 15 days of the booking. But the bills are made 15 days after the booking and the delivery is made approxitately 2 or 3 weeks after the bill date. The overall supply of refill takes about 2 months between supplies. Kindly look into the matter and stop the delivery men's illegal manipulation of the refills.

If you're really unaware of the same I'll help you to catch the delivery men redhanded.

indane,shree chella agencies — denying refilling

i have indane gas connection since2004, as iam not having ration card your disrtributor deny to refill my gas what is the remede for this problem if i am not able to show my ration card ho can i refill my gas and how can i cook, when i contact your distributor office (shree chella agencies )they told me to buy from grey market or change ur connection tocommercial .is this remede
if i want to apply for ration card it will take more time to get the meantime how can i cook without refilling, pls take may complaint and if possible reply
We are also facing the same problem.
there is no proper check to verify the booking and the delivery.. supply of domestic cyliliner to the commercial units is very common here will the authorities take effectjve steps i booked on 7-2-2011, tilldate no supply but catering people immediately get domestic cylinder even without booking will any flying squad there in to check this illegality my consumer no. 19466 -vivekanandhan, sudharsan nagar chennai 600126
but for this the agency staff are very rude. they do not give proper reply and even before we ask for any clarification they disconnect the phone line in a second without bothering to answer our querry.

recently i had a bad experience. my regulator has become faulty. i sent my aged brother for replacement. they simply said Mechanic will come... when he asked at what time No answer but a rude looking. then when i myself rang to asked them she rudely replied that the consumer has to come in person for signing the register. It looks somewhat ugly. I have forwarded thro my brother my original consumer certificate along with the ration card as proof - even then they insist for personal visit of the consumer - how is it possible if the consumer is out of station on duty or for some exigency??? there shall be some justification or other to redress the grievances instantly - as it is Gas / regulator matter - one cannot be asked wait for days together when there is no alternative for cooking in the absence of regulator... who will bell the cats??? its a very big problem we face here...
I have had many bad experiences with chella. They dont know how to talk to the customers, no body gives respect to the customers and the lady who is sitting over there will never give respect to the elder people also. Whenever we call them you will never get a response, response from the delivery man also very poor. Need to take very strict action against these people atleast regulate the rules. Even I have seen the home cylinders has been delivered for commerical purposes. There are many issues against chella agency whenever I ask the customers they never gave me a good feedback. Compared to other agancies chella gas agency is not behaving good.
I too faced some problems with that lady sitting over there doing nothing.
We want to surrender cylinder due to relocation, girls are ready to do their job but this middle aged lady made not to make it eventhough they had time on that day.

Sir I am ram kumar . Our area is behind loiee hotel . Our area cylinder delivery man was threating us for 40 rs tips money for delivering cylinder . We are ready to pay for cylinder . Why should I have to give extra money for him. My parents are aged people . I am working . Now only I know this issue . He gettting sign for 403 rs for cylinder . But he threating for extra 40 rupees . If anyone reject to pay means he challenging like I will see how your getting cylinder . This is not fair for your company. Consider the issue and take action on him . Tips money is we are giving in our own willing . But this is kind of robbery threating and. Getting money.pls take action .
sri chella gas agency very worst agency. Please take action against this agency . They dont know how to talk to the customers, no body gives respect to the customers and the lady who is sitting over there will never give respect to the elder people also. .I went there over 10 times for a new coonection and really frustrated.I did not get the connection. I think they want extra money for new connection.pls take action please .
