Sub :- Blackmail of gas

I am customer of inden gas since 2001, my customer id is VA28229 and the agency name is
Vicky Agency, shop no-15, shopping center, tagore garden, new delhi-110027.
when i reache the agency to book my gas on 22/12/2008. the agency
already book priveiously to other on my name on 13/12/2008.if i am book on 13/12/2008
the gas is not recived by me at home.
when i requested to show the slip of gas delivery . she is not
able to show me.the gas is given to other person on some extra amount.
Sir currently i have single cylinder .whenever i am request to convert into
double cylinder. the peron saying that stock is not avilable.

Sir Kindly take necessary Action.
