I have tranferd a gas connection of indane from Barasat, W.B. to Malda, W.B. on 19/08/08 and showed the doccuments to the indane's service centre named Amit Gas Service, S.M. Pally, Malda, W.B.-732101. They send a letter asking for confirmation of the doccuments on 29/08/08 to the service centre from where the connection was tranfered. Since then I have visited Amit gas service several times to get my connection. Every time they told no confirmation received.Today its 10/12/08 I requested them for give their email ID to send the so called confirmation from Barasat, but they are saying that they have no email ID. But I came to know that they have the email ID. Barasat confirmed that they have sent letter twice to Amit Gas service and they are also ready to send email.
In all these red tape cases of indane we the, normal people are suffering. IOC as a responcible company should take necessory steps to solve these. Was this information helpful? |
I have sent three letters asking for confirmation to City Light, Barasat for the documents on 29.08.08, 12.03.09 & 18.05.09 respectively. But we have not receive any reply from them. So, you kindly meet our office with all related documents for connection any day between 12 noon and 3pm.
